This model is based on the Brooks B66 saddle, which appeared in the Brooks catalog as early as 1927. The B67 version uses only simple bottom rails, which allows it to be used in combination with modern seat posts.
This wide, richly sprung saddle is popular for its maximum comfort and also its beautiful appearance. It is often used on city bikes or on bikes where people set the handlebars higher than the saddle.
In principle, the more upright the sitting position, the wider and more sprung the saddle should be.
